As the owner of Your CBD Store in Buckhead, Georgia since December 2020, George has established a reputation for quality and customer service excellence in the CBD industry.

His entrepreneurial acumen was also evident in successfully managing an Express Personnel Service franchise, emphasizing his proficiency in talent management and business operations.

At InsuranceHub, George's role as a Sr. Commercial Risk Advisor highlighted his expertise in navigating complex risk scenarios and contributing to the company's growth through strategic risk management and insurance solutions.

Community and Leadership Roles:

George serves on the Board of the Atlanta Jazz Festival, the nation's largest free jazz festival, contributing to the cultural vibrancy and artistic heritage of the city.

He is the Chair of the Economic Development Committee for the NAACP of DeKalb County, actively involved in fostering economic growth and equality within the community.

As the Board Chair of Calvary Bible Church in Athens, GA, George plays a significant role in guiding the church's direction and community outreach initiatives.

Educated at Georgia State University in Business Administration, George's academic background laid a solid foundation for his diverse career.

Balancing his professional life, George is a family man, devoted to his wife and twin teenage daughters. The values of family and community play a significant role in his life, complementing his professional endeavors.

Celena M. Matlock, C.P.A

Professional Achievements:

As Chief Audit, Risk & ESG Officer at Sierra Space, Celena integrates environmental, social, and governance strategies with the company's broader vision.  She also leads the company’s Internal Audit and Compliance functions.

Her career includes executive roles at Aerion Supersonic and Warner Media, focusing on accounting, internal audit, financial compliance, and enterprise risk management.

Recognized for her expertise in leading high-impact diverse teams and developing DEI strategies, she has been a driving force in promoting inclusive workplace cultures.

Leadership Roles:

Celena serves as an Independent Board Director for American Software, Inc., demonstrating her leadership in the corporate sector.

Actively serves the community through her board position as Secretary for the non-profit organization, Sheltering Arms, as an Advisory Audit Committee Member for the City of Brookhaven, member of the International Women’s Forum and The Institute of Internal Auditors, and is an alumna of Leadership Atlanta.

Her involvement in The Links, Incorporated and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., underscores her commitment to community service and empowerment.

Education and Family Dynamics:

Earned a BS in Business Administration, Accounting from Boston University, and holds both a CPA license and Diversity & Inclusion certification from Cornell University.

As a mother of twin teenagers, she juggles a demanding career with family life, showcasing her ability to balance professional, community, and personal responsibilities.
